A buyer can create an escrow request from the web and send it to the seller. Sellers can also create secure payment links from the TrustLink app.
Seller accepts the request
For buyer-started escrow, the seller signs in or creates an account, confirms the item and amount, then TrustLink creates the secure checkout for the buyer.
Buyer pays through Paystack
The buyer pays through TrustLink. Delivery details are shown to the seller only after payment is confirmed.
Delivery confirmed and order completed
The seller dispatches the item, the buyer confirms delivery with their code, and TrustLink closes the protected order record.
